The 2025 U.S. Senior Open is officially underway at The Broadmoor Golf Club’s East Course in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The championship takes place from June 26 to 29, 2025, marking the ninth USGA event and the third U.S. Senior Open hosted at The Broadmoor.
The historic East Course, originally designed by Donald Ross and later refined by Robert Trent Jones Sr., provides a storied backdrop for this year’s championship. The course previously hosted the U.S. Senior Open in 2008 and 2018.
This year’s field includes 156 top senior golfers, all competing for a $4 million purse, with the winner earning $800,000. A new two-stage qualifying process was introduced for the 2025 championship, mirroring the structure used for the U.S. Open.
Golf fans can follow the action live with broadcast coverage across NBC, Golf Channel, and Peacock, as NBCUniversal provides complete coverage of all four rounds.
