The Stop & Shop Vendor Fair in Florissant, Missouri, is a recurring community market hosted by the City of Florissant’s Parks and Recreation Department. Held outdoors in the parking lot of the JFK Center at 315 Howdershell Rd., this fair celebrates local creativity with a wide selection of handmade, homemade, and homegrown products.
The next Stop & Shop Vendor Fair is scheduled for Friday, July 11, 2025, and will run from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Previous fairs typically operated from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, providing an evening shopping experience for residents and visitors alike.
Vendor participation is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each space includes an 8-foot table and two chairs. The vendor fee is $25 per date, or $75 for all four scheduled dates if paid upfront. Participants must provide their own setup, and generators are allowed, as no electrical hookups are provided.
All items sold must be handmade, homemade, or homegrown. Reselling wholesale or mass-produced goods is not permitted. Food vendors are welcome but must obtain a valid St. Louis County Health Permit prior to the event.
To apply as a vendor, contact Sarah Skaggs at sskaggs@florissantmo.com. Completed applications must be submitted in person at either of Florissant’s community centers. The 2024 vendor application form can be downloaded from the City of Florissant website.
