Make Florissant Golf Club a potential site to host your event. The Florissant Golf Club is a beautiful 18-hole Championship Golf Club located on approximately 135 acres in Florissant, Missouri. This hidden jewel measures 6509 yards from the championship tees. At The Florissant Golf Club, you will find some of the best bent grass greens and zoysia fairways in St. Louis.

Florissant Golf Club provides  all the aspects of a premier golf facility. We offer a fully stocked pro shop, a full-scale food and beverage facility with a 3,000 sq. ft. deck, and a high level of personal service. Tournament Policies

-Golf Tournaments of 100 players or more will use a “full shotgun” start. Full shotgun starts begin at 7:30 am or 1:30 pm on weekends unless approved by the General Manager. All other times will be negotiated. Golf Tournaments consisting of 40 to 99 players will use a modified shotgun. The scheduling and positioning of the modified shotgun will be at the discretion of the Golf Shop Staff. Groups over 120 players are required to rent additional golf carts.

Deadlines

The number of players indicated on your contract is the number considered by the staff for approval. Your final number of players is required 7 days in advance. Your tournament will be billed based on the actual number of participants or the guaranteed number, whichever is greater. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your initial deposit will be credited to your bill covering your whole event. The balanced owed to The Golf Club of Florissant is due at the completion of the event or net ten (10) days after your event. If accounts are past due, you will be subjected to a finance charge of 1.5% for every week late.

Items for your event, including food, drinks, and signage may be dropped off no more than one (1) day before your scheduled date unless otherwise approved.  Any items left at the course will be disposed of after one (1) week unless otherwise approved.

Cancellation Policy

The Florissant Golf Club must be notified by a written cancellation no later than 60 days prior to the date of the scheduled event to receive the full 100 refund of deposit. Any cancellation of an event within the 60 days of the scheduled event will forfeit the entire deposit.

Rain Policy

Your tournament group is expected to play unless the Superintendent and the General Manager close the golf course. If on the day of your event the course is closed due to inclement weather (rain, lightning, etc.) and play has not begun, the tournament will be rescheduled or certificates will be given to your players. If the course closes after play has already begun, green fees will be refunded in the form of rain checks as followed:
1–8 holes played: 9-hole certificate
9-18 holes played: Full fee is charged

In the event of cancellation of your golf tournament, all food and beverage arrangements will still be provided on the day of your event.

Golf Carts

Golf carts are mandatory at The Golf Club of Florissant. All fees include the use of golf carts. No more than two bags or two people per cart. The Golf Club of Florissant reserves the right to deny golf cart privileges to anyone deemed unfit to drive for whatever reason. All customers must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 years of age, and abide by the rules of the club. Extra or volunteer carts must be discussed with the golf staff and may be subjected to an extra fee.

Dress Code and Soft Spike Shoe Policy

Golfers must wear appropriate attire at all times. Examples of inappropriate attire but not limited to are: tank tops, bathing attire, gym shorts, cutoffs of any kind, or any other similar forms of dress. Also, The Florissant Golf Club has a mandatory no steel spike policy. The golf shop will, at a nominal charge, replace the steel spikes with soft spikes. It is the responsibility of the tournament director to notify all players of these policies.
