The CBS golf viewership 2025 numbers are in—and they mark the network’s strongest performance in seven years. Averaging 2.969 million viewers per broadcast, CBS saw a 17% jump from 2024, making this its most-watched golf season since 2018.
In addition to its broadcast success, CBS also posted record-setting numbers on Paramount+, its streaming platform. The 2025 PGA Tour season was the most-streamed golf lineup on the platform since its launch in 2021, demonstrating strong digital engagement alongside traditional TV viewership.
One major highlight came during the final round of the 2025 Masters Tournament, which averaged 12.7 million viewers on CBS. It was the highest Masters Sunday viewership since 2018—further proof that golf continues to draw major interest during marquee moments.
CBS Sports confirmed that this season’s PGA Tour coverage was its most-watched since 2018, a testament to both renewed interest in the sport and the network’s production quality.
